2. Price Quote, Proposal & Contract

Furthermore, in the proposal we explain in detail all of the work you require, prices and payment schedule, deadlines and contract.
   
   
3. Payment Schedule
   In order to begin working on your project we require 50% down payment. Once you agree and sign the official contract as well as make the down payment, we start the actual design and development process. If there is something that it is not clear at this point please ask for clarification! Miscommunication and wrong expectations will guarantee that the design process will NOT forward in a smooth and productive manner. 4. Initial Content Gathering
   Since all of our products have their own content management engine, it means that you have the freedom to add as much content as you like. However, to deliver a complete picture of your website you will be asked to provide us with some text, images and any other content you deem necessary in order to populate the website's database. We can provide you with access to thousands of royalty free images and photos and will give you creative ideas of how to make a stunning website presentation.
   
   
5. Initial Website Design
   It is always suggested that you provide us with examples of websites you really like, colors you like, and your competitors' websites so that we get a very good sense of how you vision your new site. Furthermore feel free to take a look at our past design work and let us know if there are any website elements you like so that we can incorporate the same or similar to your website. Moreover, we can also provide you with access to our professional high quality semi finished designs so you can choose the one you like or to give you ideas. Once we collect that information, we will start working on a draft design. This process usually takes 3 to 5 days. When the draft design is ready we will present it to you for suggestions and comments.  At this stage, you and our designers work closely to develop a creative look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly.
   
   
6. Finalization of Design
   Once we finalize the design, you will have the opportunity to review it either online or via email. Its up to you to decide.  Once you go through it, you will able to suggest some minor changes and improvements. The length of this process depends on how prompt you will be with your feedback.
   
   
7. Website Development
   The website development process will initiate when you finalize the design and give us the approval to proceed. During this process our developers will separate the elements of the design and they will build all pieces together on the system your project requires such as the SmartCMS, the SmartStore, the SmartLab or the SmartTckets, using the latest technologies and practices such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). When this is done we will populate your website with the content you have previously provided. The result of this process is a functional website draft that will be running on temporary sub-domain.
   
   
8. Pre-launch Evaluation
   After your website is been built, you will be able to review it in order to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it. You will be able submit any desired changes to the draft and then provide with the final approval before the website goes live.
   
   
9. Website Launch
   After you provide us with the final approval and the final payment has been received, our staff will publish the website on your domain. From this moment on the website will be running live for the entire world to see!
